There is only room in the form for 2 authors, can I submit an abstract with more authors than that?
We do not have a limit on the number of authors a poster can have. If you have more than 2 authors you can add their information in either the section for author biographies or additional information fields.

How many posters can I display?
Non-industry representatives may submit as many abstracts as they would like. Company and industry representatives should contact Jade Richmond at [email protected] prior to submitting abstracts to discuss requirements.
When will I be notified if my poster is accepted?
Poster acceptances will be sent via email at the beginning of August. If you do not receive a response please email [email protected]
Do I need to register for the virtual conference?
Yes — You must have one representative registered for the virtual conference in order to display your poster. Registration information can be found here.
Do you accept repeat/encore posters?
Yes. These posters should represent findings that have been presented at other meetings but still contain information of interest to healthcare practitioners.
What is the review process?
Submitting parties receive automatic notification that the poster submission has been received. However, due to the high volume of submissions, additional acknowledgement may not be sent unless the poster is accepted by the review committee. Abstract submissions are reviewed by a committee comprised of healthcare professionals serving on the SOC Update Virtual Conference and Journal of Drugs in Dermatology advisory boards. Conference managers also review all abstracts. Content is evaluated based on the quality and relevance of topic, educational value, timeliness, and clearly identified objectives. SOC Update Virtual reserves the right to make final decisions regarding acceptance of abstracts for poster presentation sessions.
Can my poster include QR Codes?
QR codes are permitted on posters. Scanning of a QR code only by participants using smart phones or other mobile devices is permissible.
