Bonus Presentation Details Submission

All sponsors who have a contracted bonus presentation at SOCU 2026 must submit the following information:

  • Presentation Title: No character count
  • Brief Session Description: Recommended less than 250 characters
  • Speaker Information: Full Name & Affiliations
  • Speaker Headshot: Hi-Res .PNG or .JPG only

Please note: All food and beverage items are provided, selected, and managed by SOCU. SOCU attendees pay for their meals as part of their conference registration fee (the meal cost/transfer for does not need to be reported by Sponsor).

Exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges to
SOCU 2026, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. These
badges are intended for your on-site booth staff only, and must be worn at all times.

Exhibitor/Sponsor badges provide access to general sessions, subject to available seating. If the session room reaches capacity, exhibitors and sponsors will not be admitted. Additionally, exhibitors/sponsors are not allowed to engage in Q&A sessions or discussions. Exhibitor/sponsors cannot attend bonus presentations sponsored by companies with which they are not affiliated.

A mobile lead capture license grants you the ability to capture identifying information that registrants provide to us during our registration process. Once purchased, the accompanying app is to be downloaded on your
mobile device. The app allows you to scan attendee badges to capture

Booth Cancellations / Refund Policy

Upon acceptance of the Exhibitor Application and Contract, the form will become a binding contract, subject to the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations outlined on the subsequent pages. Payment for Exhibit Space must accompany registration. Otherwise, full payment must be received as invoiced. Space cancelled prior to March 1, 2026 will receive a 75% refund; cancellation from March 1 – June 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund; after June 1, 2026, no refunds will be given.

Code of Conduct

This code of conduct applies to all event attendees and participants, including all members, speakers, vendors, media representatives, commentators, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and volunteers. Signing this Code of Conduct is a mandatory requirement in order to attend or participate in this event.
