Bonus Presentation Details Submission

All sponsors who have a contracted bonus presentation at SOCU 2024 must submit the following information:

  • Presentation Title: No character count
  • Brief Session Description: Recommended less than 250 characters
  • Speaker Information: Full Name & Affiliations
  • Speaker Headshot: Hi-Res .PNG or .JPG only

Exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary registrations to Skin Of Color Update 2024, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. These badges are intended for your on-site booth staff only, and must be worn at all times.

Exhibit Booth Material Shipments

Shipping information listed here* We are pleased to announce that SOCU has partnered with CSI Worldwide for all exhibitor show seervices, including booth supplies, labor and set-up services, shipping, and receiving. To order booth supplies and complete the material handling agreement, please visit CSI’s Online Exhibitor Kit linked below.

Shipping to the Advance Warehouse

All exhibitor booth materials must be shipped to the CSI Worldwide Advance Warehouse. Direct show shipments to the venue will not be accepted.

Advance Warehouse Deadlines

  • Friday, August 9th: Begin shipping items to the Advance Warehouse
  • Friday, August 30th: Orders received prior to this date will qualify for discounted material handling fees
  • Friday, September 6th: Advance warehouse receiving deadline. Orders received past this date will be subject to late fees and are not guaranteed to be readily available at your booth in time for load in

All exhibit booth material shipments must include the official Exhibit Booth Material Label linked below. Please print this label in color and place on every individual package when shipping.

Shipping Items to Show Management

Ship to arrive by: Friday, September 6, 2024 

The only items that should be shipped to show management are:

  • 500 Registration Bag Inserts (Paper Goods or Product Samples)
    • No larger than 8.5″ x 11″ in size, no weight limit
  • 300 Room Drop Items
    • No larger than 8.5″ x 11″ in size, no weight limit. Ensure drops are no thicker than one standard cardstock paper to fit under doors
  • Products to be used in live demonstrations in General Session

All show management items must arrive at the CSI Worldwide Advance Warehouse by Friday, September 6, 2024. Items outside of the listed materials above must be shipped with your exhibitor booth materials..

Shipping Labels and Tracking 

All items shipped to show management must include the official Show Management Label linked below. Please print this label in color and place on every individual package when shipping.

When your items have been shipped, please complete the Show Management Tracking Form linked below. Failure to complete this form means your package may not be delivered to Show Management during load in, and your items may not be used onsite during the live event.

A mobile lead capture license grants you the ability to capture identifying information that registrants provide to us during our registration process. Once purchased, the accompanying app is to be downloaded on your mobile device. The app allows you to scan attendee badges to capture their information.
