Badge Registration

Deadline: Monday, September 1, 2025

Exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges to SOCU 2025, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. These badges are intended for your on-site booth staff only, and must be worn at all times.

Exhibitor/Sponsor badges provide access to general sessions, subject to available seating. If the session room reaches capacity, exhibitors and sponsors will not be admitted. Additionally, exhibitors/sponsors are not allowed to engage in Q&A sessions or discussions. Exhibitor/sponsors cannot attend bonus presentations sponsored by companies with which they are not affiliated.

Exhibit Booth Material Shipments

We are pleased to announce that SOCU has partnered with CSI Worldwide for all exhibition show services, including booth supplies, labor/set-up services, shipping and receiving. To order your booth supplies and complete a material handling agreement, please visit the CSI Exhibitor Kit linked below (link coming soon!)

SHIPPING TO THE ADVANCE WAREHOUSE
All exhibitor materials must be shipped to the CSI Worldwide Advance Warehouse. Direct to Show shipments to the New York Hilton midtown will not be accepted.  

ADVANCE WAREHOUSE DEADLINES 

  • Advance Warehouse Receiving Start: Monday, August 11, 2025 
  • Discount Deadline: Friday, September 12, 2025
    • (Any orders received prior to this date qualify for discounted material handling fees.) 
  • Advance Warehouse Receiving Deadline: Tuesday, September 30, 2025
    • (Any orders received after this date will be subject to late fees and are NOT guaranteed to be ready at your exhibit booth for the start of exhibitor move in Friday October 3, 2025 at 7:00 AM.)

Shipping Items to Show Management

Ship to arrive by: Tuesday, September 30, 2025

The only items that should be shipped to show management are:

  • Registration Bag Inserts (Paper Goods or Product Samples)
    • Quantity: 500. No larger than 8.5″ x 11″ in size, no weight limit.
  • Room Drop Items
    • Quantity: 500. No larger than 8.5″ x 11″ in size, no weight limit. Ensure drops are no thicker than one standard cardstock paper to fit under doors.
  • Products to be used in live demonstrations in General Session

All other items must be shipped to your booth. 

All Show Management items must arrive at the CSI Worldwide Advance Warehouse by Tuesday, September 30, 2025.  

All items shipped to Show Management must use the Show Management Label linked below. Please print in color, complete in full, and tape to the outside of every box. 

As soon as your item has shipped, please complete the Show Management Tracking Form linked below. A mobile lead capture license grants you the ability to capture identifying information that registrants provide to us during our registration process. Once purchased, the accompanying app is to be downloaded on your
mobile device. The app allows you to scan attendee badges to capture

Booth Cancellations / Refund Policy

Space cancelled prior to March 1, 2025 will receive a 75% refund; cancellation from March 1–June 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund; after June 1, 2025, no refunds will be given.

This code of conduct applies to all event attendees and participants, including all members, speakers, vendors, media representatives, commentators, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and volunteers. Signing this Code of Conduct is a mandatory requirement in order to attend or participate in this event.
