Please note that the SOCU 2022 Exhibit Hall consists of TABLETOP BOOTHS ONLY. No rigging or large construction is allowed. The ceiling height for pop-up fabric back drops is 11′-11″.

All exhibitors and sponsors receive two (2) complimentary registrations to Skin of Color Update unless otherwise specified in your agreement. These registrations or “badges” are intended for your onsite booth representatives. Each booth representative will need a registration badge to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. ALL BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES WILL NEED TO WEAR A REGISTRATION BADGE AT ALL TIMES. NO SHARING OF BADGES IS PERMITTED. For security and safety no exceptions will be made onsite.
In order to register your booth reps, you will need your “Exhibitor Discount Code”. Your Exhibitor Discount Code is your company name, all lowercase, with no spaces or special characters. Examples:

Skin of Color Update 2022 will take place at the Sheraton Times Square in New York, NY. SOCU has a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate of $309.00 per night plus taxes & fees. All sponsors and exhibitors are eligible to receive this special discounted rate if they book using the button below. Exhibitors can also call the reservation hotline and reference the group name “Skin of Color Update” at 1-888-627-7067.
This discounted rate is available until Friday August 19th, 2022, or until the block sells out.

Several companies unaffiliated with SOCU or the Sheraton Times Square, have been posing as the official housing provider for the upcoming SOCU 2022 meeting. These companies may contact you directly to offer housing for the meeting via phone or through websites designed to deceive attendees and exhibitors.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations via phone or website, other than through the information provided in the link below from our official housing provider the Sheraton Times Square.
If you receive a phone call or e-mail from any company claiming to be an SOCU housing provider, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
All sponsors and exhibitors are required to submit a company name, logo, description, and website URL to SOCU to be used on various print and digital assets during SOCU 2022 to advertise and thank our supporters. Please collect the following and submit using the button below.

All sponsors and exhibitors are eligible to place one item in the SOCU 2022 Event App Virtual Registration Bag, regardless of sponsorship level. (Higher sponsorship levels may allow for additional items.) Please collect the following and submit using the button below.

All pallets, crates, cartons, and boxes intended for your SOCU tabletop booth MUST be shipped directly to the Sheraton Times Square. There is no offsite Advance Warehouse.
All items shipped for your booth MUST use the official EXHIBIT BOOTH MATERIAL LABEL linked below. This label must be printed in color, completed in full, and affixed to the outside of every box.
MATERIAL HANDLING
All items shipped to the Sheraton Times Square are subject to material handling and drayage fees. All exhibitors must complete the Material Handling agreement linked below before arriving onsite. Failure to complete this form onsite will result in additional fees being charged to your account. Please email your form to [email protected] and [email protected] by August 30th, 2022.
IMPORTANT! The Sheraton has very limited storage for packages and freight, and therefore they cannot accept shipments prior to September 5th, 2022. Packages that arrive prior to this date will be returned to sender!
All shipments must arrive by September 8th, 2022. If your shipment is scheduled to arrive after September 8th, please call Emily Lynch-Fries at 646-453-5726 to arrange last minute delivery to your booth.
The only items that should be shipped to Show Management are:
All other items MUST be shipped to your booth.
All items shipped to show management MUST use the official SHOW MANAGEMENT LABEL linked below. This label must be printed in color, completed in full, and affixed to the outside of each box.
If you are shipping items to Show Management, there are 2 forms you MUST complete in order for the Sheraton to route your delivery properly. Failure to complete these forms means the Sheraton will NOT deliver your packages to Show Management and they will NOT be used onsite during the live event. All items shipped to Show Management are subject to the Sheraton’s material handling and drayage fees.
Shipments for Show Management may begin arriving September 5th, 2022 and must arrive September 7th, 2022. If your item arrives after September 7th, 2022, there is a possibility that your items may not be used during the live event.
Encore (formerly PSAV) has partnered with the Sheraton Times Square to offer A/V and technology rental for Skin of Color Update 2022. Please email your completed order form to [email protected] by August 19th, 2022.
To guarantee equipment availability and advanced-rate pricing for audio-visual, place your order at least 21 days prior to delivery (August 19th, 2022). All rental prices subject to a 15% markup if ordered day of.

The Skin of Color Update Branding Package is a collection of additional digital advertising opportunities that can showcase your company to attendees above and beyond your tabletop booth.
