All booth staff are required to wear badges at all times.

Digital Branding Package

The Skin of Color Update Digital Branding Package is a collection of additional digital advertising opportunities that can showcase your company to attendees above and beyond your tabletop booth.

All Digital Branding Package items are due on September 15th, 2023. We cannot guarantee inclusion in onsite print or digital materials if items are submitted after this deadline.

There have been significant shipping update as of 9/8/23. Please review the new information below carefully.  

Shipping Items for Your Booth

We are pleased to announce that SOCU has partnered with Freeman for all exhibitor services, including booth supplies, services, shipping and receiving. Because of this, there have been significant shipping changes from what has been previously announced.

All exhibitor material MUST BE shipped to the Freeman Advance Warehouse by Tuesday October 3rd, 2023.

All items shipped to your booth MUST use the official Freeman Advance Warehouse Label linked below. This label must be printed in color, completed in full, and affixed to the outside of every box.

All exhibitor material should be shipped to the Freeman Advance Warehouse. No material should be shipped directly to the New York Hilton Midtown. 

In the event that you have already shipped packages directly to the New York Hilton Midtown, Freeman will be unable to manage these packages for you. Upon arrival at the event, you will need to visit the Hilton Business Center on the 2nd floor to pick up the packages yourself and pay a material handling fee directly to the hotel.

Shipping Items to Show Management

The only items that should be shipped to show management are:

  • 500 Registration Bag Inserts (Paper Goods or Product Samples)
  • 200 Room Drop Items
  • Products to be used in live demonstrations in General Session

All other items MUST be shipped to your booth.

All Show Management items must arrive at the Freeman Advance Warehouse by Tuesday October 3rd, 2023. If your package arrives after October 3rd, there is a possibility that your items may not be used during the live event.

All items shipped to Show Management MUST use the official SHOW MANAGEMENT LABEL linked below. This label must be printed in color, completed in full, and affixed to the outside of every box.

You must complete the Show Management Tracking Form linked below as soon as you ship your item has shipped. Failure to complete this form means your package may not be delivered to Show Management during load in, and your items will not be used onsite during the live event.

Lead Capture

A mobile lead capture license grants you the ability to capture identifying information that registrants provide to us during our registration process. Once purchased, the accompanying app is to be downloaded on your mobile device. The app allows you to scan attendee badges to capture their information.
