Shipping Items for Your Booth
All pallets, crates, cartons, and boxes intended for your SOCU tabletop booth MUST be shipped directly to the Sheraton Times Square. There is no offsite Advance Warehouse.
All items shipped for your booth MUST use the official EXHIBIT BOOTH MATERIAL LABEL linked below. This label must be printed in color, completed in full, and affixed to the outside of every box.
All items shipped to the Sheraton Times Square are subject to material handling and drayage fees. All exhibitors must complete the Material Handling agreement linked below before arriving onsite. Failure to complete this form onsite will result in additional fees being charged to your account. Please email your form to [email protected] and [email protected] by August 30th, 2022.
IMPORTANT! The Sheraton has very limited storage for packages and freight, and therefore they cannot accept shipments prior to September 5th, 2022. Packages that arrive prior to this date will be returned to sender!
All shipments must arrive by September 8th, 2022. If your shipment is scheduled to arrive after September 8th, please call Emily Lynch-Fries at 646-453-5726 to arrange last minute delivery to your booth.
